Turning a New Leaf Together
As the season shifts, let us lean into the body's wisdom.

Hello beautiful community!
My name is Natalie (she/her), and I am excited to connect with you and your family! Summer had lots of mixed weather, but I hope you were able to find what brings you joy and gratitiude! I was able to try tree planting for the first time, & desite the rain, I ws pleasantly suprised at how easy it was, and how nice it was to connect to our community!
September is only a few weeks away, and with it, a familiar sense of transition. For many of us, it’s a time of going back—to school, to routine, to busier schedules. But for those of us navigating medical trauma, burnout, or the quiet weight of chronic illness, this transition can feel profound. It’s a moment to ask: How am I connecting with myself today?

I invite you to get curious about your own healing. Whether you are a healthcare worker feeling the pangs of burnout or someone struggling with somatic symptoms that words haven't yet reached, there is space here to breathe and begin again.
